Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Workshops and Events All workshops and events require full payment at the time of booking to secure your place. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. As spaces are limited, they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations and Refunds If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable due to limited availability and preparation involved. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another person with prior notice. In the unlikely event that a workshop or event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date. Workshops and events may occasionally be affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, your booking will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Waitlist If an event is fully booked, you are welcome to join the waitlist. Should a place become available, you will be contacted in order of registration and given 24 hours to confirm your booking. Non-Attendance Please note that non-attendance without prior notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. Artwork Purchases Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist you. Acceptance of Terms By making a booking or purchase, you agree to this Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
