Shipping Policy

Orders are processed with care and typically dispatched within a few days of purchase. As each artwork is carefully prepared for shipment, processing times may vary slightly.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs processes, and external factors. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

All artworks are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the shipping provider.

Local pickup may be available on Lord Howe Island. If you wish to arrange collection, please get in touch prior to purchase or select the pickup option at checkout where available.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist you.
